Moments with Aloe Blacc, Mihalj “Miki” Kekenj & Jaybo [Video]
Am 2. April lud MADE zu einem beispiellosen Ereignis, bei welchem drei Ausnahmetalente, der Sänger Aloe Blacc, der Violinist und Komponist Mihalj “Miki” Kekenj und der Maler Jaybo aufeinander trafen, um gemeinsam einen einzigartigen Moment zu kreieren.
“The journey of this creative circle began a few months ago when Aloe Blacc´s original music was interpreted by Miki and his string-quintet, who translated the soul and funk songs into classical music compositions.
The string-quintet version and the lyrics of Aloe’s song “I Need a Dollar” inspired Jaybo to create his own visual interpretation of the song as an art piece.
This painting was displayed for the first time during the event at MADE and set the mood for the mesmerizing musical performance.”
